From Thai Spice to Chow Thai

The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is felt on a global scale. For us it had brougt about a major change in our restaurant concept. After serving the Wilmington community for more than 10 years as Thai Spice, we had to consider adapting our establishment to one which could operate with smaller staff both on the service side as well as in the kitchen. Our solution was a quick-service restaurant with emphasis on takeout orders while retaining most of our menu items.

We prepare each dish to your liking using fresh ingredients, combined with restraint and balance, to bring you the flavors we knew and loved. At Chow Thai, you’ll find common Thai dishes that are done uncommonly well, and numerous other delectable creations that showcase the very essence of Thai cuisines.
